The system will help you to find the best credit card whenever you pay. The business creators and planers may use public statistics of the system to make better plans. The government may set up the tax rate according the suggestion of the system. For example, the government may raise the tax rate whenever needs more money to make important constructions. The government may also set the tax rate, zero, while the state businesses can pay all government expenses. So people will naturally support all state businesses and make them very successful. Because the system will cause no tax crime, the government can save the related cost and put them into better usage. The justice of “Saint Helen Tax System” is everyone pays the tax and has the same government care. Richer people, who pay more tax, don’t argue with anyone while they are blessed enough to have more money to pay. In the future, UN government will use “Saint Helen Tax System” as well. “Saint Helen Avenue” is multi-level road, which will deliver flood to desert and prevent drought, traffic jam, parking and business spaces shortage and make environment better.
The lowest level of “Saint Helen Avenue” is “Saint Helen Canal” which can deliver flood to water shortage area. The auto-detection system and robots will make the water clean enough to raise fish and plants for providing water and food. People can have small submarine tour and participate diving activities for fun and fitness.
The level above “Saint Helen Canal” is “Piping Space”, which will include all kinds of pipes, lines and easy connection sets for nearby buildings and facilities. The auto-detection system and robots will maintain the best situation.
The level above “Piping Space” is “Railway Space”, which will allow all Railways and Mass Rapid Transit systems to provide the best services for carry people and heavy things.
The level above “Railway Space” is “One-way Parking Space”, which will provide enough space for parking need.
The level above “One-way Parking Space” is “One-way Road”, which will allow the safe-distance-control green vehicles to reach the destination without stop for any traffic light.
The level above “One-way Road” is “Another One-way Road”, which will also allow the safe-distance-control green vehicles to reach the destination in another direction without stop for any traffic light.
The level above “Another One-way Road” is “Another One-way Parking Space”, which will provide enough space for the parking need of another direction transition.
The level above “Another One-way Parking Space” is “Business Space”, which will allow the creative business starters to run their businesses in lower rent pay. People can also enjoy shipping in no rain, sunburn, show, and storm situation.
The level above “Business Space” is “Green Road”, which people can simply enjoy beautiful sunshine, fresh breeze, smell good flowers and trees, the melody of birds and insects. The agriculture experts and biologists will make all plants and bees are healthy and productive.
The nearby towers will have basement connection, wind-control surface, auto-management plant wall, independent energy and water system, and anti earthquake, wind, and noise design.
