If they are unwilling, incapable or unqualified in wardship, their government will take out the wardship and make the governors to be the guardians and let Miracle Chicks move to young citizen center which having educators who teaching from 0 years. Miracle Chicks, who having unqualified self-care ability, will move to the centralized management safe monitoring room. When they have self-care ability, they will move to personal suite for learning personal environment and time management and independent study, thinking and creating.

Miracle Chickens’ moms, dads and governors have to keep taking guardians’ training and passing the tests. The governors take turn to join Miracle Chicks’ public abilities to understand their need for maintaining the care in great situation.
