2.      UN sets up a headquarter and segments in all countries.

UN got major approved:

1.      Anyone can freely set up a country, choose one’s own country, and make immigration.

2.      The size of territory decided by population.

3.      The countries, which having the largest number of population, can choose the area of the country first.
