First:

1.   UN members nominate Presidential candidates and make the votes.

2.   The top vote candidate is the President for all UN government issues. The top 2-7 vote candidates are Vice Presidents for assist the President. The others as prepared Vice Presidents according to the number of votes.

3.   7 years office term till the end of the year.

4.   More than half of UN members may remove the President.

5.   The President may replace any Vice President with prepared Vice President

Second:

1. Complete candidate nomination in May.

2. Complete the vote in June.

3. The winners accept training after election.

4. Inauguration on next January 1

5. 7 years office term.

UN got major approved:

1.   The candidate and vote number according to the number of population.

2.   The unit number is the least population.

3.   Each unit has two votes.
